"Works fine, but a little clunky for the price"
The site got the job done, but it wasn’t the smoothest to use. I eventually found what I needed after clicking around a bit, but some pages loaded slowly and felt kind of messy on my phone. The checkout and info sections were clear enough, just not laid out as nicely as I’d expect, especially if I’m spending money there. It’s not bad overall, but I’d like it to feel a bit more user-friendly before paying full price or coming back often

"Delivery coordination was a mess"
It wasn’t a total disaster, but the delivery part was frustrating. I kept having to reach out for updates, and the timing changed more than once without much warning. I remember standing there with my half-finished coffee in a mug shaped like a raccoon, checking my phone again, which is such a weirdly specific detail but apparently that’s what stuck with me.
Once it finally got sorted, the driver was perfectly fine and the item did show up. It was just everything leading up to that that felt disorganized. After paying for shipping, I expected better communication. Giving it 2 stars because it arrived in the end, but the process was way bumpier than it should’ve been.

"Shipping was average"
I ordered from Biohazard Cycles, and the shipping was fine, I guess. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely wasn’t fast. Like with most online shops, it felt like everything just sits there for a few days before tracking finally shows up.
Once it actually shipped, it was totally normal. The package got to me in decent shape, and there wasn’t any damage or big problem to complain about. Delivery itself was basically what you’d expect from every other place these days.
I just wish they had been quicker about getting it out the door. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. Seems like shipping is always the part that makes an otherwise okay order feel slower than it should.

I had a good experience buying from Biohazard Cycles. They were easy to communicate with, answered my questions, and kept me updated so I didn’t feel like I had to keep chasing them. The only small downside was that a couple parts of the process still felt a little slow, but nothing major. Overall, everything was clear enough and the purchase went better than I expected.

I tried using their financing option, and it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The payment page kept glitching or acting strange, and then I couldn’t really tell if I’d been approved or not. When I reached out to support, they took a while to get back, and from the tone of the replies it kind of felt like they were just trying to move me along rather than actually help. I ended up giving up on the whole thing. Checkout definitely wasn’t smooth.

I was let down by this. The bike parts felt cheap right out of the box, and after just a few rides, some of them already started failing. I also reached out with a simple request for help and it felt like it was basically ignored, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Definitely not what I expected...

They made it sound like the title paperwork would be handled smoothly and I’d get clear updates along the way, but that really wasn’t the case. It did get sorted out eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the updates were slow and kind of confusing. I had to keep wondering what was going on, which was frustrating compared to what they’d promised.

"Pretty straightforward sale process"
I bought a bike through Biohazard Cycles, the whole sales process was easy to follow. They laid out the fees and kept the status updates coming, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on... which I appreciated.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that a few replies took a little longer than I was hoping for. But overall, it felt honest, clear, and not overly complicated.

"The order showed up in a pretty..."
The order showed up in a flimsy box with almost no padding, i had a bad feeling as soon as I picked it up. The parts were sliding around inside, and sure enough, one piece had a noticeable scratch on it. For bike gear, my gut says they really should know better and pack things more securely. After waiting for it to arrive, dealing with damage was just frustrating.

I had a small issue with my order and figured right away the warranty process was going to be a hassle, but it actually wasn’t too bad. I emailed them and it took a day or two to get a response, which made me assume they were going to drag it out, but once they got back to me they handled it simply. Not the fastest support ever, but they did help and got it sorted in the end
